DEX Screener Marketplace offers the following services:

• Token Boost: Increase your token visibility in our trending rankings with boost points
• Featured Ads: Display your token in premium ad slots on token detail pages
• Trending Bar Ads: Showcase your token in the trending tokens strip

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Moonpay Commerce. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Accept that all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Understand that pricing may vary based on package selection and network

Upon successful payment:

• Boost points will be applied to your token within 24 hours
• Featured ads will be activated based on slot availability
• Service duration begins from the activation time, not payment time
• We reserve the right to review and approve all advertising content

All advertising content must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Meet our image specifications (PNG, JPG, or WEBP format, under 4.5MB)

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these guidelines without refund.

We collect and process the following information:

• User authentication data (via Clerk)
• Token information (address, network, metadata)
• Payment transaction details
• Service usage analytics (impressions, clicks)

Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments and deliver services.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing service delivery
• Duplicate payment processing
• Service not delivered within 48 hours of payment confirmation

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

DEX Screener Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any investment decisions made based on boosted or advertised tokens
• Token price fluctuations or market performance
• Third-party service interruptions (payment processors, blockchain networks)
• Loss of data or service downtime

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
